News and Views on season 09 - 10
03-11-2008Having had a successful season in 08-09, even in very dificult trading conditions, we are pushing onwards and upwards. Our group lessons and clinics were a great success with their small size and attention to detail, so in season 09-10 we are offering more groups and clinics.
The Kids lessons were recognised by many tour operators as "the best in resort" so we will be increasing their availability in each of the high season weeks.
The Beginner Snowboard Clinics worked a treat, with clients and tour operators realising that a three-day beginner group worked so much better than other schools' five days programmes. No doubt word will spread and we will run more clinics next season.
We are over the moon that Amanda Pirrie will be joining the team. Amanda represented GB and reached No. 56 in the world in Super G so she is quite the girl. Very friendly and down to earth, you wouldn't know she has reached such heady heights.
Our Physiotherapists and Massage team had a great season. Our ski clients loved the concept of a mid-week refreshing massage and who can blame them? The whole team are coming back and will be joined by Emma Hayes. Emma is an old friend of Claire's - lots of fun and a lover of the outdoors, she is a great addition to the team.
