Information
A days off-piste followed by a helicopter trip back from a quiet corner of the mountain has to be one of the best days ever for any snow sports enthusiast. There are various option in the Val d’Isere, Tignes and Ste Foy area to encompass a morning or a full day.
We tend to book the helicopter when you are in resort so that we can pick and chose the best day and option to make it as memorable as possible. The price is per helicopter with 1-4 clients plus a guide. If you are by yourself we can sometimes beat the drum around town and make sure that the helicopter is full therefore reducing the cost of the trip to each individual. We charge the same rate as per a normal off-piste lesson plus the cost of the helicopter.
The helicopter service is provided by a third party so prices vary from season to season so please email or call for further details.

Ski Touring
Enjoy the freedom and beauty of back-country off-piste skiing with one of our fully qualified instructors or high mountain guides. With years of experience and great knowledge of the terrain we will make your lesson a great experience. Lessons are always tailored to your needs and levels whether you have never put a pair of skins on before or if you have traveled the world in search of perfect off-piste snow.
We provide you with the very best in off-piste safety equipment free of charge. This should be worn by everyone skiing off-piste and includes airbags, transceivers, shovel and probe. The lessons may encompass mountain etiquette, safety and awareness as well as technical input. Touring specific equipment such as skis and skins are not provide but can be rented, very easily, from many shops in resort.

Adventure
We have several ski touring weeks and group lessons available which offer an element of adventure and fun. Our groups have a maximum of four bookings per level thus guaranteeing great instructor to client ratio. The lessons will involve technique and touring advice as well as avalanche awareness, off piste etiquette and snow pack conditions.
Our Introduction to Touring week will include instruction and helpful tips into using touring equipment and touring techniques. A good level of experience and fitness is expected for the Advanced week.
We also offer one-off courses with our guides and instructors in different regions of the Alps. One of our instructors owns a refuge in the Italian Alps where he runs week long ski touring courses and trips whilst one of our High Mountain Guides runs week long courses, throughout the Alps, staying in resorts and mountain huts.
